The best place to stay in Budva! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Petar and Tanja’s apartment. We would go back without hesitation and would recommend it to anyone travelling to Montenegro. The flat is as pictured and was clean and tidy throughout when we arrived. It provided us with everything we needed and more! Check-in was very quick and simple and we were able to check-in early with no issue at all. Check-out was also extremely easy. The location of the flat is excellent, with the Old Town and Mogren beach just a 5 minute walk away. There is also a supermarket next door and parking both opposite the complex and on a side road near the apartment. Tivat airport is a short 20 minute drive away. Despite all of this, it is extremely quiet in and around the property and you are able to get a good night’s sleep no problem. You also feel extremely safe in the small complex where the property is housed. Above all, Petar and Tanja are fantastic hosts. Every single question we asked was answered swiftly and helpfully, with no ask too big and Petar going above and beyond on more than one occasion. If you are going to Budva, stay here! You won’t find a better place for location, value for money and top hosting. Thanks, Petar and Tanja!

Огромное спасибо Петару и его семье за предоставленную квартиру. Квартира новая, очень аккуратная, уютная, полностью соответствует описанию и фотографиям. Быстрый интернет. Удобное расположение: пляж, Старый город, набережная, остановка автобусов, рестораны и кафе – в шаговой доступности (2-5 мин.). Чуть дальше (7-8 мин.) рынок и супермаркет. Хозяева квартиры очень доброжелательные, гостеприимные люди, помогают решить все возникающие вопросы. Петар сам встретил нас в аэропорту, где ждал нас 4 часа, т.к наш рейс задержали. Благодаря семье Петара, наш отдых прошел прекрасно.

Die Lage des Apartments ist ideal. Die Altstadt mit vielen Restaurants, Bars und Cafés befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Zudem ist der wohl schönste Strand Montenegros “Mogren” in kurzer Zeit zu erreichen. Das Apartment befindet sich trotz der zentralen Lage in ruhiger Umgebung. Zum Apartment selbst: es ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Technik ist auf dem neuesten Standard. Die Ausstattung des Apartments bietet alles was man zum alltäglichen Leben benötigt. Die Gastgeber sind überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie sind jederzeit zu erreichen. Der Transfer vom Flughafen Dubrovnik bis nach Budva wurde freundlicherweise vom Gastgeber organisiert. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Apartment können wir nur weiterempfehlen und würden es jederzeit wieder buchen!

Very good time passed in Budva. Apartment matches the pictures, perfect for 2 people but can take 1 more even. Is located 2 minutes away from the old town and beaches, so location is perfect. Still the area is quite quiet as isn’t directly located in the main street. Petar was a very nice host, always replied quickly to my messages, gave me suggestions on what to visit and always showed himself available for anything we needed. I’m planning already the next visit and for sure I will contact Petar when the time will come to book accomodation ?

Petar’s place was very nice and above all very clean. We were looking for a place very close to Old Town and this place checked all the boxes and then some! It’s close to many many restaurants, bars a huge supermarket (where you can buy wine etc), close to the boats and very close to one of the many beaches. So very Central location. Beautiful views from the balcony, which is very cute and clean. You can sleep in the living room or just lay there or sleep in the room, both are very comfortable. There’s enough space and location couldn’t be better. Petar was very responsive!

The apartment was really stylish, very clean and a great location. There’s a supermarket nearby, the old town is a couple minutes walk and there are a couple of beaches in walking distance too. The apartment is also a great location to use as a base explore other parts of beautiful Montenegro – Sveti Stevan and Lake Skadar. Petar and Tanja we’re great hosts and really quick to answer any queries we had, which were mostly about travel. We would recommend!

We had a great stay in Budva and can’t recommend Petar’s place enough. It is a modern, clean and well equipped apartment in a perfect location (right near the old town). Excellent value for money.

Great hosts! Thanks Tanja for hospitality! We felt like at home! Definitely the best location in Budva. Very close to Astoria and Mogren beaches, restaurants and night life. But at the same time very quiet. No noise at all. Good neighborhood! Good supermarket is located just around the corner. Good equipment, renovated and even better than on photos!

Both Petar & Tanja were very helpful and guest friendly. We had a wonderful holiday and the apartment was nice and clean. Location 10+

Petar & Tanja were the perfect hosts. There apartment is brand new with all the best quality fittings& amenities. You couldn’t get a better location being walking distance to the main chic shopping strip, yet same distance getting to the old time. Here you will find the best bars & restaurants. For beach people it’s a pleasant 350m walk from the apartment. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending the apartment to anyone visiting Budva. Also the highlight is the view from the balcony which has a perfect view of the Budva peninsula….just beautiful!!

Brilliant! Petar was a great host- very helpful before booking, and also after- arranging taxis from the airport and offering advice on where to go. The apartment is in an amazing location- 2minute walk and you’re in main square of Old Town, but the apartment is quiet at night. The apartment is modern and well furnished. It was perfect for us as a couple with enough cooking facilities to make breakfast and a small meal if you want to.

Petar and his wife Tanja are very helpful and friendly hosts and the apartment is as beautiful, new and clean as shown on the photos. We especially liked the nice sea view from the balcony and the comfy bed. The apartment also has a very good location just a 5 minutes stroll from Budva’s old town, the beach and the supermarket. The only negative aspect about Budva in general is the difficult parking situation but this might also be connected to us staying there in peak season. Thanks again for the lovely stay!

Wir waren für 9 Tage mit zwei Kindern (5 und 8 Jahre alt) in dem schönen , sauberen Apartment. Wir hatten tolle Ferien und die Unterkunft und Budva haben alles geboten, was man braucht. Petar und Tanja waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank. Die Lage zur Altstadt und zum schönen Strand Mogren ist perfekt, nur die Parkplatzsituation ist schwierig, insbesondere in der Hochsaison. Eigentlich benötigt man jedoch kein Auto! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Flat was in a great location where you could easily walk to the beach, old town and restaurants in minutes. The space is great for a couple – it’s nice to have a separate bedroom (with comfortable mattress) from the kitchen / dining / sofa room. There’s a great rain shower in the modern bathroom!

Petar and Tanja were helpful when we arrived, to find the flat, find a parking spot for the car and give us pieces of advice about activities. The flat is simple and not very big, but it was clean and fitting the pictures. The location is pretty convenient as it is close to the old city, as well as to the beaches and restaurants. Overall we were happy about our stay at Petar’s apartment.

מארחים מעולם מיקום מצויין !!! שכרנו רכב כדי לחצות את מונטנגרו ובזמן שהותנו בבודווה בקושי השתמשנו בו. ניתן להגיע לכל המקומות הכי מעניינים וחשובים ברגל.

עולים בערך 30 מדרגות על מנת להגיע לדירה. קצת קשוח עם המזוודות בהתחלה אולם שווה את המאמץ.

Place, communication of owner with us, good tips from owner, even accommodation doesn’t offer parking spaces, owner told us where to find for free, nice terrace with limited privacy (but it was pretty good), modern interior, fridge works even with electric card pulled off. Owner wrote emails with all updates.

Мы выбирали апартаменты по принципу комфорт и тишина. Отдыхали с двумя детьми и искали жилье с двумя комнатами, отдельной спальней и гостиной, где могли бы спать дети. Кухня небольшая, но удобная) с чайником, микроволновкой. Удобная большая кровать в спальне и гостиной. Хозяйка Таня постоянно приносила свежие полотенца и постельное белье, с ней очень удобно было списываться по вотсапу по любому вопросу, например вещи постирать…и т.д. Апартаменты располагаются в уютном особнячке, где всего несколько апартаментов, так что особо шумно не будет….вокруг сад, все утопает в зелени….Очень удобная локация – рядом магазин, старый город и не далеко идти до пляжа Могрен, если Могрен надоест можно сесть на автобус в 200 метрах и отправится на другие пляжи – Яз, Бечичи, Святой стефан…. В Будве уже останавливались несколько раз, этот вариант понравился больше всего.

Отдыхала неделю с двумя дочками и внучкой в апреле 2018 года. Номер на 3-м этаже коттеджа. Очень чисто и приятный дизайн. Симпатичный вид с балкона, тихо, небольшой садик перед входом. Рядом Старый город, рестораны, кафе, пляжи Могрен, набережная. В соседнем доме супермаркет. Идеальное место для отдыха в Будве. До этого несколько лет назад жила в Будве в районе автостанции, есть с чем сравнить. Если приеду еще, остановлюсь в этих апартаментах. Хозяева симпатичные, отзывчивые и открытые люди, готовые помочь во всем, по моей просьбе организовали недорогой трансфер из аэропорта, нам это было удобно: внучке 1 год. Только положительные эмоции от отеля и отдыха. Спасибо Вам, Tanja!

Petar and Tanja were very welcoming and helpful hosts. They were available during our whole stay and gladly gave us recommendations for our vacation. The apartment was located perfectly and there were only a very short walking distance to the old city, beach, bus station and so on… The apartment looks just like the photos, very fresh and modern. We couldn’t have wished for a more pleasant stay!

Petar and Tanja was really helpful from our first contact and both were even there to say goodbye when we left. When we needed help the response was always prompt and there was often time for nice conversations. Apartment was very functional for two persons and the terasse was perfect for all meals and also a retreat for evenings. Old town is quite busy during nighttime, but the noise from the night life never disturbed us. We highly recommend this apartment and would gladly come back!

It was exactly as Petar describes the place. A so clean place, as we can see it only in Germany ! Very cosy, and with all facilities. The climatisation is perfect and so necessary 🙂 The only thing we can suggest, but it’s difficult to make, is about the Sound damping in the hall : can be a problem. But honestly, the guests were, for the most, very respectful. So was not a problem.

We were delighted to stay at Petar’s apartment — it’s location is convenient (2 min to the old city and the beach), the rooms are clean and well furbished. The hosts were extremely helpful and they were able to answer our questions quickly. Just a little notice for families with small kids — there are many clubs in the area, and in the apartment on the weekend it gets pretty loud at night (until 2-3 a.m.)

Petar is a great easy gooing host with high knowledge of the local area.

Great apartment, very close to the old town and beaches with a balcony facing the sea. Light, airy rooms and extremely clean and spotless throughout with an amazing powerful rain shower and comfortable bed with crisp white hotel quality sheets. We were able to park free of charge on the street without any problems, however it might get busier further into the summer season. Petar and Tanya were great hosts and provided valuable local information. I would definitely recommend to stay here!!!
